OUR STAFF
Vedette only employs experienced, vetted and licensed officers, and we train them regularly, ensuring that their skills and attention remain up-to-date and focused. Additionally, we prioritise officers with previous military or police experience and our interview and selection processes ensure that we only employ individuals who possess exceptional ethics, morals and character. This means you don’t have to worry about who they are or what they’re doing, on or off-duty. Furthermore, our internal monitoring and control also ensure that swift action is taken in the unlikely event a member of our team gives any cause for concern.
All our operational staff are licenced. However, we also provide them with training beyond that required for industry licensing, for example covering terrorism awareness, report writing, statement writing and a variety of other relevant skills.
