• Provide and coordinate receptionist staff and duties.

• Monitor building security, including access control, monitoring visitors and tradespeople, Fire Marshalling duties, maintain a daily log, respond to incidents and liaise with emergency services if required.

• Provide assistance to residents, such as arranging taxis or limousine services, booking restaurants, securing left luggage, mail handling and signing for deliveries.

• Coordinate building maintenance for the landlord.

• Monitor sensitive areas, such as plant rooms, air conditioning, boilers, temperature-sensitive equipment and more.

Our concierges are there to deter crime and provide security for the building's residents, however, crucially, they also provide a friendly, warm and reassuring presence, welcoming residents home and helping them with their luggage, mail and deliveries. They'll always be ready and willing to assist.​

Please do note, our concierges are expected undertake small cleaning tasks in the building's lobby area to keep it clean and presentable, however, regular and larger-scale cleaning duties are not a part of their job. That said, our concierges may arrange or monitor the performance of cleaning services. Vedette Resources can arrange cleaning services, according to your requirements.
